Symphony Senior Communities is the developer of upscale continuing care retirement communities. Symphony Senior Communities intends to develop the Symphony concept at three sites (Two around Atlanta, Georgia and One in Central Florida) including Symphony at Eagles Landing; Symphony at Lake Oconee and Symphony at The Villages in Central Florida. Additionally, Symphony Senior Communities is in negotiation on two sites in North Carolina and one in Mississippi.

Symphony at Eagles Landing will be nestled on a beautiful 55 acre tract that sits adjacent to Georgia’s 2011 Private Country Club of the Year award winner – Eagles Landing Country Club. Located just 500 yards from Interstate 75 at Eagles Landing Parkway, residents will enjoy all country club amenities in addition to on-site medical care and very close proximity to shopping, dining and a short 30 minute drive to downtown Atlanta and only 20 minutes to the world’s busiest airport, Hartsfield-Jackson International.

Project Description
The project entails the construction of a 189 unit Continuing Care Retirement Community with three primary buildings totaling approximately 244,000 square feet. One hundred forty-one (141) of the units will be targeted for Independent Living (IL) luxury 1 and 2 bedroom apartments. The balance of the units will be divided between Assisted Living (AL) and Memory Care (MC) units.

The overall objective of Symphony at Eagles Landing is to create an environment and choices that enable older adults to experience fully actualized, creative and satisfying aging. With that overall interest of wellness in mind, Symphony at Eagles Landing will provide swimming, exercise rooms, common areas for social gatherings, movie and performance theater, cafes, business centers, woodworking shop, craft room, and more, along with a range of educational programs that promote proper medical care, wellness and nutrition, plus onsite medical services providing by our Medical Director Dr. Kenneth Hood, The Emory Clinic Eagles Landing..
